I provide individual therapy for a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I use a highly personalized approach and treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs. I have experience using a variety of different treatment approaches, but specialize in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
