Experience:

I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions in a variety of settings (e.g., community mental health centers, inpatient psychiatry units, Veterans hospital). I can treat most mental health conditions but specialize in treating more serious mental health challenges, such as Bipolar Disorder,  severe depression, severe anxiety, and problems managing emotions (e.g., severe anger problems). I have received training in a number of treatment approaches, but specialize in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT,) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
