Let's be honest, life is hard. We're always dealing with some stressor and it can take a toll on our mental health. No one ever taught us how to cope with life and as a result, many of us are struggling. However, you do not have to go through it alone. I am here to offer support and encouragement as you navigate life. I approach therapy from an open and non-judgmental place. I provide a safe space to talk about the challenges you are facing and will teach you the skills you need to overcome them.

I treat adolescents and adults with a wide variety of mental health problems, including pathological perfectionism, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and problems managing emotions. I specialize in several evidence-based treatments, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
